This course is designed to help you manage your stress better to achieve goals.
You are going to learn and improve your stress management skills through this course. You may also learn to develop your skills to better manage your daily stress. After your completion of the course, you should be able to identify indicators and causes of stress, develop stress reduction skills, avoid stressful life choices and more.
Ben Kim has more than 25 years of experience in diverse international student services, multi-level entrepreneurial agreements and organizing/supervising projects to completion. He coaches students from around the world to achieve their academic goals and successful life adjustment abroad.
